You may find it difficult to fit your departure cleaning in due to your social commitments, flight times or even not want to be bothered! We can arrange to visit your property to ensure your home is always clean & tidy to the highest standard.
We offer 4 types of cleans:-
Departure clean.
This clean is done immediately after the owner or guests have left and nobody is due back in the property within 4 days after the last have left.
We remove linen and laundry and clean the property throughout. The kitchen is cleaned, includes oven, fridge, microwave & dishwasher, all surfaces and visable appliances, cupboard fronts & cutlery drawer. Waste bins are emptied and cleaned and new liners are provided. We remove any food and all rubbish. Bathrooms are fully cleaned and buffed. Living room and walkways surfaces and are cleaned, moving all furniture and checking the cupboards. All surfaces in the bedrooms, including mirrors and vacuuming under the beds. Wardrobes and drawers are vaccumed and cleaned, apart from private, closed off areas or if the owner only uses the property as a private dwelling. All floor areas are Vacuumed, not swept, and mopped. Electrics and appliances turned off (unless stated)
Changeover clean.
This clean is done when the owner or guests have departed and others are due to arrive the same or next few days. This includes all of the above but includes cleaning of the windows, inside & out. Terraces are cleaned, including any furniture, swept, mopped or hosed. Beds are freshly made & towels laid out. Electrics & appliances are usually left on due to the short time span of the next arrival.
Preparation clean.
A preparation clean is needed if the property has been closed down for 4 or more days so we can then spruce up the property to be clean & inviting for when you or your guests arrive. Windows are cleaned inside and out, terraces are cleaned, swept, mopped or hosed. Beds are freshly made & towels laid out. Electrics & appliances are turned on.
Spring cleans.
All rooms:- Thorough clean of all inside rooms including skirting boards, doors & frames, light fittings, pictures, ornaments, furniture, wardrobes, cupboards, drawers & security shutters. All kitchen appliances & inside of cupboards & cleaning behind any movable appliances. Spring cleans are charged by the hour.
