To give your guests an unbeatable experience, we thoroughly clean the accomodation, make the beds with fresh, crisp linen and leave them a welcome pack of essential food items. On arrival we provide the guests with the keys, any gate fobs and alarm codes and give them a tour of the accomodation and explain how all of the appliances work, and give them any local information needed. ( Out of office hours, we will provide the guests with directions and access details.)
When they are departing we collect the keys and carry out a general review of the state of the property. The guests will be given our emergency telephone number ensuring that if any probems arise within the property they will be able to call us 24 / 7
We charge a commission on each rental and within that commission all of the above is included.
