We check for any damage occured due to bad weather, any infestations, a general check of the whole property, check that the electrics are working, toilets are flushed, taps opened and plants watered. We collect any post and inform you of any urgent bill payments, and we have a secure key holding service. We will send you a checklist after every inspection so that you know everything has been covered.
