We can provide a meet and greet service for owners guests. We will meet them at the property with the keys and any gate or garage fobs and will help the guests familiarise themselves with the facilities in the property. E.G. How the air conditioning, WIFI, television, washing machine, cooker works. We will also provide any passwords or alarm codes, along with where the main fuse box is incase of the inevitable electrical surges that occur in Spain.
If the guests arrive outside of office hours, we will give them instructions on where to collect the keys and will call the following day for any explanations needed.
The keys will be collected on departure if required.
